GENERAL CLASS POLICIES 

• Pre-enrollment is required for all of GCA art classes! Walk-ins are welcome if there are available spots; however, you are NOT guaranteed a spot if you do not enroll in advance.

• Garden City Arts requires payment upon enrollment for all of our classes.  To save your spot in GCA classes, you can either pay online or contact the gallery to arrange payment. If you are a Garden City Arts member and you are paying online, please enter code ‘GCA’ in the ‘Coupon Box’ to receive your discount.

• Cancellation policy: Garden City Arts requires a 48-hour cancellation notice via phone or email for all of our classes.  If no notice is given you WILL NOT receive a refund of class fees. 

• Garden City Arts will not tolerate bullying or disrupted behavior during our classes.  We want to ensure that all participants have a safe and comfortable learning environment.  Any students who exhibit behavior that is deemed disruptive by the class instructor will have to be picked up by their parent/guardian immediately. 

PHOTOS

Garden City Arts reserves the right to photograph activities and program participants for potential future use. All photos will remain the property of Garden City Arts and may be used for publicity or promotional purposes only.

Garden city arts requires that parents complete THE REGISTRATION FORM below for all children who attend our drop off classes. If you are attending our programs with your child, then you do not need to complete the form below.
